      They are very strong and strict. If they are not, they might not be women solders.

      No, I do not want to be woman solders. I cannnot endured a hard life as solders.

      – A : I think if women do soldiers, it is good idea. Women are so deligent and organized. They can do well. However, in my experience, women who were soldiers made me tired because they were so deligent and organized.

      Q2 : If your country need you ( like sodiers), what do you think?
      – A : I had already done military, so I could not answer it. If my country need me to do soldier again, I do not want to do again. It was so terrible. I do not want to remind it any more.

    • 1/I think women solders are great! However, they are much harder than men because of the difference of physiques.
      2/I don’t want to go. Although it’s important role, I can’t fight.

    • 1. We have the anniversary of the end of the war, but maybe no like veteran’s day. When I was little, teachers told us to think about war, but recently it is a just holiday for me.
      2. I don’t want to be a soldier, because i want to enjoy my life freely. I don’t want to be, but women soldiers are cool. When I talked one of them, she seemed that she had a strong goal.

      -A : In Korea, we also have another memorial days. It is similar with the U.S. We have memorial day, veteran day too. And also, there are many ceremony day for war. We should honor for ancesters. These days are so meaningful me because I am a proud Korean.

      Q2 : As you are a woman, do you want to be a soldier? or not, how do you think about women soldiers?
      -A : I am a man. As I had already experienced about soldiers, military area need women for pleasure. One woman make delight mood to 100 man soldiers. It is true. Actually, my area was like that.

    • 1. Like firefighters, men mainly do the job that is really tough, because even if women train their body, they cannot have enough strength like men.
      2. I don’t know, because I’m not interested in it, but if I learn them, it will fun to wait for holidays.

    • Q1 : Do you have any ideas about jobs which mainly man play a role in?
      -A : Someone like firefighters, constructors has to do dangerous work. I never saw the woman doing this kind of work. Of course, these job are also dangerous to men too. How can women do? It is impossible.

      Q2 : Do you know the meaning of national holiday in your country?
      -A : I know meaning roughly, but I am not sure about them. As I think about this question, I am so disappointed by myself. Am I real Korean? I should study about them and appreciate to ancesters.

  4. The Last Discussion Question

    – As we did the reading circle this week, my purpose was that I wanted to know how you guys think about women’s position in modern. I turned in two articles. One thing was about veterans who contribute as soldiers. Especailly, they are women. Then, the next one was about the female firefighters. How do you think after discussion. Do you respect them? How does women’s position? If you were them, what can you do?

    – (optional) How do you think about Korean special days? Do you want to enjoy that days? Do you think that Korean men are so poor because we have to celebrate for them?

    • I wondered that firefighters women is there in USA. I have never seen or heared about firefighters women in Japan. I think they are very strong. I respect them as women. I like Korean special day. I want to join Black day. It sounds so interesting.

    • I think the position of women has been improving more than before.However, it’s not as well as it of men.I really respect them. If I were them, I could insist on rights of women more.
      Yes, I think so. Korea has too many special days! So, men in Korea may be poorer than homeless because of those days!!
      I want to try black day and eat black noodle a lot without thinking of getting fat!.
